Standard Shipping and Processing
- Most items are shipped from our store by UPS, Fedex or USPS to arrive within five business days of our receiving your order.
- Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from the vendor cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, and delivery may take longer.
- Custom-manufactured items shipped directly from the vendor arrive within one to two weeks.
- We cannot ship certain heavy and oversize items using standard shipping, special freight delivery is required. Please contact us to arrange for freight delivery.
- Some items require additional handling fees or insurance during shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
No cancellations can be made if the order has been processed for shipping. Sale items, custom/special orders, food products and seasonal merchandise are non-returnable. Store credit or product exchanges are allowed for all other products returned within 20 days of purchase date if they are in original condition with tags attached, if applicable, and accompanied by a sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If an item is damaged in shipment or defective, please call 770-409-1717 within 48 hours of receipt to receive instructions for returning the item. Please retain all packing material for return claims.
